Wow, my first post for the New Year. The last few days of 2009 and and the start of 2010 were not the best for me diet wise. However, I am glad to say that I am back on track and I look forward to another year of living a low carb lifestyle..Holy Cow! I have been doing this a year and what have I accomplished? Well, I lost 153 lbs, I can walk 7 to 8 kilo's without keeling over and overall I would say I am a much healthier person.
I must admit that I will post my December 22nd weight for the final weigh in of 2009 and my first weigh in for 2010 will be January 31st. Why? because I am too chicken to get on the scale to see how much I gained while veering from my planned lifestyle! Call me a wimp or much worse that is okay! I will continue to work towrds becoming leaner and healthier!
I hope everyone can accomplish their goals for 2010. Now to todays menu.
Breakfast: 3 eggs with some cheese and salami.
Lunch: Protein Shake
Snack: Some beef stirfry
Dinner:?? Some protein and veggies
Water: over 64 ozs
Exercise: O
Sups: Fish oil, glucosomine, Vital Complete Multi-Vitamin Pack
Meds: 2 81g Aspirins
