Dinner: Pork Stirfry
Snack: Hamburger steak with cheese

Water: over 64 ozs
Exercise:
Sups: Fish oil(EPA & DHA), glucosomine, Vital Complete Multi-Vitamin Pack
Meds: 2 81g Aspirins

Funny - I have started to take them as well.
I like the baby aspirin. I wonder how many carbs are in each pill?
