Breakfast: 3 eggs with some cheese and bacon
Lunch: Nanoha Stirfry, Jidori and some Pork stirfry with brocolli and cabbage
Snack: some almonds and sugar free chocolate
Dinner:  hmmm something yet to be determined

Water: over 64 ozs
Exercise: none but another 12 classes of teaching...
Sups: Fish oil(EPA & DHA), glucosomine, Vital Complete Multi-Vitamin Pack
Meds: 2 81g Aspirins
