Breakfast: 2 egg omlete with chicken and green salad with Kale, spinach, broccoli and Romain lettuce

Lunch: Taco Salad with salsa and guacamole

Dinner: One pork chop and a low carb high fiber quesadia(oops sp) with cheddar cheese and chicken
