Breakfast: 1 protein shake and some broccoli and chicken salad
Lunch: Pork stir fry with broccoli slaw and portabelo mushrooms
Dinner: Dinner ginger pork and a green salad with Romain lettuce, tomatoes, green peppers and Parmesan cheese.
Snack: 2 slices of cheese and 1 Atkins bar
