2 eggs omelet with bacon and cheddar cheese and a small green salad with spinach and cauliflower puree.

Lunch
Pan seared chicken breast marinated with garlic and herbs, spinach and kale salad and cauliflower
puree
Dinner
Pork stir fry with kimchee and broccoli 
Dessert
Faux apple cobbler with a dollop of whip cream sweetened with stevia
