2 egg cheese omelet, bratwurst and some stir fried broccoli.

Lunch
Sirloin Steak with a green salad and miso soup

Dinner
2 hamburger patties with cheese, stir fried brocolli, mushrooms, green beans and bean sprouts
 
Dessert
Sugar free pudding
