Breakfast
2 eggs omelet with bacon and cheddar cheese and a small green salad with spinach.

Lunch
Atkins Bar

Dinner
Hamburger steak and a green salad with ranch dressing

Dessert
Faux apple cobbler with a dollop of whip cream sweetened with stevia

Another day has come and gone. I was so busy at school today that I did not have a chance to grab some lunch. The Atkins bar was  not the best choice but at least I stayed on plan. I will be picking up some protein shakes that I can have with me for emergencies. Hope all is well.

Atkins bars are good - just for that very reason!
