Breakfast: Scrambled Eggs (3)

Snack: Atkins Bar

Lunch: Leftover pork and chicken scrambled into eggs(2)

Snack: 4 strawberries

Dinner: Pan fried Chicken Breast and a Green Salad

Well another day has come and gone, I am making an order to the states to get some baking supplies and was wondering if any of you knew of a good supplement or food that will help reduce H. pylori bacteria found in the stomach. Here in Japan there is a yogurt drink that does exactly that I used to drink 3 ozs every day but unfortunately since I started low carb I can't drink it any more because it contains sugar.
So if any of you know of anything please tell. Thanks. I read that broccoli sprouts do well but I can't fond them here and I don' have a green thumb.. :)

Hiya Bayou

I am glad you are back posting :) I posted a picture with my children..did you see it??

I liked the e-book link :) I think I will be checking it out this weekend when I finally have some time to myself :)

Unfortuunately, I have just ordered some hair regrowth shampoo from America as my hair is getting thinner as well..however it has been getting thinner for years.. Not a result from LCing. I was astually hoping that my hair would get healthier using during this lifestyle change :)

LC,

It's the probiotics (the friendly bacteria) in yogurt that helps combat h. pylori and other harmful critters. You should hopefully be able to find probiotic supplements (in Japan) that don't contain sugar. They're often sold in a capsule form.

Apart from that, you may want to look into something called "mastic gum". Here's some information on it.

BTW, broccoli sprout extracts are also sold in an encapsulated form. Both products are manufactured/distributed under many different brand names.
