Breakfast: 3 eggs 2 slices of cheese
Lunch: Mega Mac without bun and condiments and side salad with a sesame dressing sweetened with Stevia
Dinner: Texmex burger and kraut..
I must admit that I am a little bit dismayed as today was a weigh in day for me.. and I weighed 469.8 which means I have dropped only a minuscule amount this week, even though I stayed away from Atkins bars and other sweets.. I was really hoping for a big loss.. so I don't know if I hit a plateau, ate too many pecans but its most likely the fact that I have really done little if any exercising..
But I will continue to push along no matter what the scale says..
