Breakfast:....none


Lunch: At 2:00.. 3 eggs and 3 slices of bacon


Dinner: Fresh sashimi(pictured) 4 McDonald's hamburger patties and miso soup


I was so busy trying to finish that I forgot to eat breakfast, then my children made me some eggs and told me to take a break.. :) For dinner our neighbor, a local fisherman brought over some fresh sashimi :) and another friend brought me McDonalds.. Mega Mac, side salad and diet coke.. I passes on the coke :) and ate the side salad.. I can't remember if I mentioned this before but McDonalds dressing is sweetened with Stevia :)


Hopefully I will have time to cook soon..

Nice looking sashimi. What kind of fish was it?

Japan's been way ahead of the game with regard to stevia. It's been on the Japanese market for three decades now, I believe.

I hope things'll slow down for you. I'm looking forward to new recipes too! :-)

to be honest Harry, I don't know what kind of fish it was.. but it was very good :)

I think I will be rather busy for a while because I have energy to get projects done that I have been procratinating for a long time.
