Breakfast: Atkins Bar
Snack 3 oz pecans
Lunch: 3 Scrambled cheesy eggs fried in pork sirloin steak drippings
Dinner: Fajita Pork Steaks small salad with tomatoes
Well, today no extravagent or new recipies..just good low carb food.. food was good but I think next time I will make sure to drain the drippings and add a T back to the pan.. with the cheese the eggs were way too greasy..
