Breakfast: 3 eggs scrabled with cheese


Lunch: 3oz pecans and 8 small strawberries


Dinner: Hamburger steak and a small green salad
snacks: 2 atkins bars

Sounds good! The lunch looks a bit light but if you're happy with it, then that's all you need :)

Thanks..I wasnt really hungry and I needed to finish up the pecans.. I am going to try two weeks of no nuts to see if that makes any diference in weight loss.

Looking good, LC. I know some people do find that nuts slow down their progress.

I haven't purposefully avoided nuts but they've just seemed to fade away since I stopped eating snacks.

Tonight I'm going to make a different kind of burger. It'll be kind of an Italian version - topped with creamed spinach (with an Italian cheese blend).

I love trying to find meals that have everything in one - protein, fat and LC veggies. Keeping it simple works best for me. :-)

Keep up the good work. You're doing an eggsellent job.
