Breakfast: 3 eggs 3 slices of bacon 2 slices of cheese
Lunch: 1 pork chop and creamed spinach
Snack: 1 oz of pecans
Dinner: Homemade faux creamy chicken noodle(shirataki) soup and small salad with homemade pickles and vinaigrette
I nice easy day but I have been lazy NO exercisng..need to do more.. so I dont stall..
