Breakfast: None

Snack: Atkins Bar

Lunch: Left over chicken and pork and spinach

Dinner: Hamburger steak, Tomato and Daikon sprout Salad( tomato, daikon sprout, salt, pepper, lemon juice and a dash of Parmesan cheese)


Well the scale has not been moving very much so I figured this week I would cut out nuts, I am also cutting down on dairy to see if that helps me start losing again.. If I was down to my last 15 pounds I would not be anxious but I still have a long way to go.. I really must make time to exercise every day no matter how busy I am.

I find that keeping diet is easier than exercising, so I am very sympathetic with your efforts of finding time and motivation to exercise every day!

I love swimming, and it was easier to do swimming, when I could do it. Now that I am in a place without swimming facilities - exercising is a challenge.

Good luck, and keeping my fingers crossed for your motivation!

Maybe you could start back with even a minimal amount of exercise. Say 15 minutes, 3 times a week? Just getting consistent with any quantity of exercise will hopefully kick start things back up.

I can relate with both the time constraints and the lack of will to exercise. It's a struggle for me pretty much every time. But once it's done I do feel better for having accomplished it.

Keep on pushing forward, LC. You're doing a really solid job. And remember ... having room for improvement is a good thing - not a bad thing. :-)
