Snack: Atkins Bar
Lunch: Left over chicken and pork and spinach
Dinner: Hamburger steak, Tomato and Daikon sprout Salad( tomato, daikon sprout, salt, pepper, lemon juice and a dash of Parmesan cheese)
Well the scale has not been moving very much so I figured this week I would cut out nuts, I am also cutting down on dairy to see if that helps me start losing again.. If I was down to my last 15 pounds I would not be anxious but I still have a long way to go.. I really must make time to exercise every day no matter how busy I am.
