Breakfast: Another 3 egg, sausage, creamed spinach scramble garnished with salsa.
Lunch: LC Shake Strawberry
Snack: 2/3 cup of stewed cabbage
Dinner: Fried chicken ( thigh meat with LC flour, Parmesan Cheese and spices) and a small salad.
Losing weight by living a low carb lifestyle.

Your menus really look appetizing and healthy to me, LC. You've been doing an excellent job staying on course. And the exercise will only help.
