Breakfast: 3 scrambled Eggs
Lunch: Stir fried pork with shirataki noodles.
Snack: 28 grams of almonds
Dinner: Teriyaki Salad with three kinds of sprouts, cherry tomatoes and cucumbers.
Snack: 28 grams of almonds.

It's good to be back :)
