Breakfeast: A hearty 3 egg, bacon, Parmesan cheese, cheddar cheese and spinach scramble.
Snack: Atkins Bar Peanut Fudge Granola Bar
Lunch: 2 pork sirloin steaks and 2/3 cup of fresh steamed broccoli
Dinner: Salad including 2 kinds of sprouts, 2 kinds of lettuce, tomatoes and homemade vinaigrette sweetened with Splenda and a steak.

Way to incorporate plenty of veggies into your menu.

hehe Harry, I found broc sprouts :) I am also making a dessert tonight of yoghurt cheese, cream, strawberries, blueberries and sweetened with LankantoS..( I hate the real name haha)

Also, when i was looking for mastic gum I found an article(abstract) that said they were changing there recomendation saying after further clinicals Mastic Gum showed no effect on reducing pyroli(sp) a reversal from previous recomendations..

There could be some change in that coming soon..but broc sprouts were still good :)
