Breakfast: 3 egg, bacon, cherry tomato, garlic, daikon sprout and Parmesan cheese scramble.
Lunch: Steak and Creamed spicy broccoli.
Dinner: Spicy Chicken and a green salad.
Snack: Ross sugarless chocolate
