May 28th,2009





Breakfast: 3 egg, bacon, cherry tomato, garlic, daikon sprout and Parmesan cheese scramble.
Lunch: Steak and Creamed spicy broccoli.
Dinner: Spicy Chicken and a green salad.
Snack: Ross sugarless chocolate
Today, I am going to post all three of my meals so you can get a good idea of what I eat and the portions. I hope this helps any person that is contemplating going low carb see a variety in what you can eat while living low carb.

The pics of food are great. This may seem silly but could you also include a fork or spoon in the pic to help gauge size?
