I pulled an all nighter getting stuff done..so I am adding times to show what I ate as I went to bed at 7:30 am..
2:30 am 1 oz of cheddar cheese and 2 glasses of crystal light
3:30 am 3 scrambled eggs and 3 sausage links
5:30 am Atkins Bar
11 am Atkins Bar
3:00pm 3 eggs spinach and cheddar cheese
7:00 pm A repeat of last nights dinner but now all leftovers are gone...
Really, tired.. so I am not providing any pictures.. see ya tmrw :)
