Breakfast: 3 scrambled eggs with bacon
Lunch: LC Faux fried rice (Pork)
Dinner: Pan fried pork chops and a green salad
Snack:  2 ozs of mixed cashews and almonds

Water: Over 64 ozs
Exercise: 3.2 K walk

Thanks, Harry! Hopefully I can keep going.. the refeeds once a month definately help.. but I still try to stay away from procesed(sp) foods and sugar.. the walking is really helping, too!
