Dinner: Blackened Chicken Salad with cucumbers, lettuce, brocolli, and tomatoes and LC dressing. (5 carbs)

Water: over 64 ozs
Exercise: 7 K on the road
Sups: Fish oil, glucosomine
Meds: 2 81g Aspirins
