I keep forgetting to ask you what you put on your salad veggies for a dressing. I'd guess mayo by the picture, but am not sure.
When I started this new lifestyle I was wearing 6XL shirts and size 66 pants(when I say "wearing" I mean I poured into those sizes. I am 6' 1" tall so I am guestimating 530pounds/ 240 kilograms.
My weight will be updated monthy. Well, recently becuase I have been very busy...it is mayo.. but I prefer to make a nice vinegarette when time permits..

Oh, I deleted that post. It was just a picture of a longhorn cow that my Dad took. He visits the cow everyday and took a picture of it for me.
