Breakfast: 2/3 cup of plain yogurt w/ sugarless sweetener
Lunch: 3 egg scramble with brocolli, brocoli sprouts, mizuna, ham and cheese.
Dinner: Pork stirfry with baby bok choy, peppers and brocoli.
