Breakfast: Protein Shake
Lunch: Pork Fajita meat piled on a bed of sauted baby bok choy, mushrooms and green peppers with a nice spoon of sour cream on top
Dinner: Left over fajita meat some saur kraut and sour cream
Snack: Protein Shake
