Are you adopting a similar program to what Jimmy and Christine have be doing (the Eades 6 week plan)? Just noticed the 3 shake pattern and wondered.

Well, I am have amazoned Eades book..and I will do the plan for a while..but the reason for the three shakes was more for cleansing..I want to read Eades book before doing the program but the shakes were modeled off of Jimmies and your menus :)
