Breakfast: 3 eggs and 1/2 a small tomato
Lunch: Protein shake
Dinner: Egg and Veggie soup and a Pork burger spiced with cumin and tobanjan and smothered in gouda, sauteed onions and tomatoes

Exercise
Morning 2.8 K walk
Night 8 laps around the track
