Breakfast: 2/3 cup sugarless yoghurt with 30 mil of Milon Blackberry Syrup (Sugarless)
Lunch: Brocolli with cheese and a spicy beef steak
Dinner: 2 sirloin (pork) steaks and a green salad ( fyi..portions.. usually when I say pork steak the size is about 3 to 4 ozs..
