Breakfast: 3 eggs
Snack: protein shake and LC key lime mousse
Lunch: Sweet Chili and Garlic Chicken and some sauteed veggies
Dinner: Corned beef cabbage salad
Dessert: LC lemon mouse

hmmm.. I am still experimenting with the ratios on the sweet chili and garlic sauce..give me some time and I will make it again this weekend :) the key lime mousse is an adaptation of the lemon custard from my lemon cake.. just replace the lemon juice with key lime juice and voila..oops after the custard sets fold some fresh whipped cream and your set :)

ps you can omit the maragrita mix if you want.. I have 2 bottles that need used up so.. :)

ps ps you can use regular limes if you wish and replace the lemon rind with rind from the limes :)

Ohh I like those pink chopsticks! I just have plain bamboo ones that I got for free when I was 10 yrs old at chinese new year.
