September 20th

Breakfast: protein shake
Lunch: LC Hash ( Ground beef and saur kraut with spices)
Snack: 2 oz nuts
Dinner: 1/2 pound burger steak with cheese and a green salad

Yes, it is very good..just make sure that you get the mild stuff.. and not the nuclear Kraut.. that stuff is strong hehehe
