Lunch: Steak Ribeye, fresh brocolli and butter and 2 pieces of cheese
Snack: 3.75 ozs of mixed nuts Almonds, Cashews and Walnuts and 1 Amino Calpis Zero
Dinner: Pork sirloin steak and green salad.
Losing weight by living a low carb lifestyle.
