Breakfast: 3 scrambled eggs and bacon

Lunch: Sprout Salad with Smoked Cheese and dressing.
Dinner: Hamburger steak and broccoli.

That is a very sensible approach. I am amazed at wow little you eat. Yet how good the pictures look. Very satisfying. Good job!

I need to add 2 ozs of almonds to that... but really?? I feel like I eat a lot.. maybe becuase the food I do it is filling and sustaining..I definately feel satisfied :)
