Breakfast: 3 scrambled eggs and 1/4 tomato
Lunch: 3 ozs of Almonds
Dinner: Spicy Pork, green salad and brocolli

Sorry for no picture I was in a hurry and starving.. did not feel like taking apicture of something half eaten hehe
