Breakfast: 3 scrambled eggs, 1/2 tomato and some crispy thin sliced pork
Lunch: Hamburger steak with cheddar cheese
Snack: 2 pieces of low carb fudge
Dinner: was really tired do I just whipped up some brakfast wraps and called it good..
