Breakfast: 3 eggs and a hamburger patty

Lunch: Left over mixed steak patties and 1 small tomato

Dinner: Pork tenderloin medallions and a small Green salad.

Sorry, no pictures today...I forgot to take them hahaha

Have you been exercising lately, LC? I've fallen off track in that regard. Monday, I will get back on the train. Three days a week of treadmill fun!

Okay Harry! I am rather disappointed.. I just got off the scale and I only lost 10lbs for the month.. Then I tried to make a new version of LC pancakes..they DID not work.. so a little down..

SO here it is! It's time for me to board the exercise train as well!! Let's gloat about our succuessful completion of our exercise goals for the month in thirty days. I have a plan and you have yours.. let's hold ourselves accountable!!

Is it a deal?? All aboard!! Time to go!!
