Breakfast: Scrambled eggs
Lunch: Two Hamburger mixed meat steaks and brocolli.
Snack: 2oz cashews ( I ate 1 oz too many...)
Dinner:Beef Stirfry with mushrooms, green onions, asparagus and shirataki.
Well, last night I went shopping and I was looking for some ground beef. Unfortunately, there was only about half a pound of ground beef left at the store. But I found ground pork, ground chicken, ground lamb and ground turkey. So I bought a pack of each and today I mixed them all together with some spices and garlic and made a bunch of steaks out of them.
How did they taste?? They were very good!
