Breakfast: Eggs scrambled with leftover spicy pork.
Lunch: Atkins Bar
Snack: 2 slices of cheese
Dinner 2 pork sirloin steaks and stewed cabbage.
Today, I taught 11 straight classes..basically, from 8:30 am to 9:00 pm.. so I am kinda bushed.
I think I will do a review on my new scale..hopefully, I will have it up soon :)
Tomorrow, I have 7 classes then it slows down from there..so the hardest day is done!
will post pictures of dinner after I eat... I have a ten minute break between classes so I am throwing this up now so I don't get behind :)
