Brunch: Spicy Pork stir fry with baby bok choy

Dinner:Chicken Cheese burger and a green salad
Snack: 1/2 of a pickle

Nice looking stir fry. Colorful and healthy.

We played some tennis tonight, LC. I'm trying to stay active and have fun ... just like you've suggested. :-)

Thanks! Nice wonderful news!! So what kind of raquet did you buy?? I always tried to play tennis but my baseball side always got the better of me and I got tired of chasing after all the balls I hit OUT of the court! Of course at first it was like.."homeru...o.O this tennis..a shoot.. Fetch! LC.. fetch! hehehe

I went for the least expensive Wilson (brand) racquet we could find (about $80). It's got a pretty wide head and a light frame. Both good things, it seems.

Chasing after the balls is part of the reason why it's such a good work out! :-)

Wow.. I remember the days when $80 could get you a top of the line Yonex racquet hehe Yes, very good work out.. maybe I will try again..but I must confess that I really prefer racquetball to tennis..
