Breakfast: 3 scrambled eggs with ham and cheese
Lunch: At McD's Double quarter pounder no bun or condiments, side salad and half a medium Coke zero
Dinner: Spicy Beef and a green salad
Snack: Hamburger steak and piece of low carb fudge

Do you like the Coke Zero? I started drinking a Diet SF cherry Dr Pepper every afternoon, as a cool-down "treat." It's not the best thing in the world for ya, probably no better or worse than coffee or tea.

To be honest..No on many levels..LOL

I feel I don't intake enough calcium in my diet so I try to stay away from sodas period..

As for taste.. hmm it's okay but I prefer Dr.Pepper or Pepsi to Coke.. always have..always will..

But if they are going to charge me for water.. then I will get the thing that won't throw me off plan.. and that is Coke Zero..

I think I drink maybe 1 every other month..but this month for some reason I have had about 4...

Anne..if I could splurge..and they carried it in Japan.. I would drink the same as you.. Dr.Pepper and Cherry Dr. Pepper..are my favorites and I am not even from Texas hehe
