Breakfast: Scrambled eggs and 1/2 tomato
Lunch: 3 ozs of pistachio's
Snack: 1/4 cup broccoli, 1/4 tomato and left over spicy pork
Dinner: Mexican Chicken and a large green salad
Dessert: 2 bites of watermelon and 1 sugar free jello

I really like watermelon. I once tried yellow watermelon at a restaurant in New Mexico. I think it was paired with some interesting cheese. Delicious!

Yes, I love it!! But I will not be buyng anymore till I am finished trying to lose weight and working on maintaining.. hehe I do have about 20 boxes though that I need to use up...
Yes, in Japan they have Red, Yellow, Orange and Black watermelon.. Yummo. Black isn't really black..it refers to the shell that is pitch black and is a very sweet watermelon..although expensive..$50.00 for a medium sized watermelon...ouch...
In many ways, I am feeling the benefits of my exercise :) Looking forward to weighin hehe
