Breakfast: 3 eggs with some cheese and bacon
Lunch: Japanese Oden
Snack: some almonds and sugar free chocolate
Dinner:  Left over stirfry and a green salad
Snack: Smoked Tongue and Cheese
Water: over 64 ozs
Exercise: none
Sups: Fish oil(EPA & DHA), glucosomine, Vital Complete Multi-Vitamin Pack
Meds: 2 81g Aspirins

you should try cutting out high-fat foods too with the carbs. It really helped me :)
