November 14th, 2009 Re-feed Day

Breakfast: Pumpkin Custard

Lunch: (At  a restaraunt) Bacon and asparagus green salad, spinach sauteed in butter with bacon, Pork and Kimchee stirfry and miso soup.

Dinner: 2 potato croquetes, green salad, miso soup, bowl of rice and 3 small Japanese mikans (mandarin oranges)

Water intake: Okay
Exercise: 8 laps around the track

Breakfast and lunch look LC awesome! :) Did you plan on eating a higher carb dinner? If so, is this part of a new strategy? Or just a single "off-plan" meal?

I love pumpkin custard and no-crust pumpkin pie. Mmmm.

Thanks! Yes, today was a planned deviation. I wanted to increase carbs without increasing refined sugars. I am doing this once every thirty days or so..seems to be good for me.. When I had the mumps ..I strayed a little but then I dropped like a rock so I am going to keep doing a refeed once a month..which does not equal a binge..just an increase in carbs, like adding whole grains, oatmeal or fruit.
