Breakfast: 3 eggs and some sausage
Lunch: Atkins Bar
Snack: Spicy pork and some almonds
Dinner: Spicy pork and a green salad with brocolli, tomatoes and mizuna.(Made by my daughter)
Snack: LC Pumpkin Bar
