Breakfast: 3 eggs with cheese and 1/2 tomato
Snack: 2 oz mixed nuts
Lunch: Cheese burger and green salad ( no bun or condiments)
Snack: Sugar free jello
Dinner: Hamburger steak and green salad with tomato slices
Snack: Sugar free jello and 2 oz pistacios and 1.5 oz cashews
I don't know what the deal was today..but Iwas hungry and it was hot! The sugar free jello really hit the spot. I definately ate too many nuts.. Well, must do better tmrw! Sorry I forgot to take pictures ;(......
