Breakfast: 3 scrambled eggs with cheese and Arrabiatta sauce

Lunch: Double Chocolate Caramel Protein shake

Dinner: Pork Stir Fry (cabbage, onion, green onions, yellow peppers and thinly sliced pork)

Was the lunch time shake premade or a homemade concoction?

Thanks! It was a homemade concoction kinda like what you make..but mine was 1 T Cocoa 2 1 T coconut milk 2 heaping scoops of protein powder a dash of cream and 1 T of Davinci's Sugarless Carmel flavoring.. Very delicous :)I need to make some peanut butter so I can try a Chocolate Fribble....hehehe
