Breakfast: 3scrambled eggs and tomato slices..hehe do you get tired of reading that line I mix it with diferent cheeses, spices, veggies and meats.. so it is not as monotonous as it seems...

Lunch: Beef Konyaku Yakisoba

Snack:Almonds and Hamburger steak

Dinner:Pork stirfry
