Breakfast: 3 eggs and 1/2 tomato

Lunch: 3 oz almonds

Dinner: Spicy Chicken Stir fry with summer veggies.. ( peppers, cabbage, zucchini and asparagus)

Thanks! the thing that keeps me going is that the food is truly delicous, simple and keeps me motivated :) Yes, I am still on plan but you are doing great yourself.. I am still tooooooooo shy to post pictures..but I look forward to the day I can post my picture with me drowning in my old slacks hehe
