Breakfast: 3 scrambled eggs and some tomato slices
Lunch: 1 oz of almonds
Dinner: Hamburger steak and fresh green salad and cucumber slices
Snack: 1 oz of mixed nuts and 500 mil of Crystal Light Pink grapefruit
