Breakfast
2 egg omelet, bacon and some salad
Lunch
1 pack of hot & spicy nuts and a Diet Dr Pepper
Dinner
Coconut Flour breaded pork chop, green beans, spinach and kale salad and miso soup with some zuchini
Dessert
Sugar free pudding
Today, I was very forgetful.. I forgot my lunch so I ran into the book store between classes and found the lowest carb total nuts I could find and a Cherry Dr Pepper. Yes, I know the lunch of champions. At least I stayed on plan.
